Jazz Clubs Worldwide
The Jazz Clubs Worldwide database tracks jazz and blues clubs worldwide. The database relies on individual contributions and is therefore not complete, but it does contain many (over 2,800). I don't know which organization is behind this initiative or whether the database is maintained. Jazz Clubs Worldwide has been collecting clubs since 1997.
Blues Don't Die
Dutch Blues Foundation
The Dutch Blues Foundation has kept track of locations where blues performances take place in their database. The locations (venues) were found because data had to be entered when completing a registration form for a performance. It is the most comprehensive list you can find in the Netherlands. It's not just clubs and cafes, but also locations that host annual or occasional blues concerts.
You can search alphabetically by location, place or performance (how many times a performance has been registered for the blues agenda).
